At Val-Kyrie, due to the nature of health and nutritional supplements, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Nutrition.Valkyrie@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Once your request is verified and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
